Ingredients

    Bag of Hash Browns, thawed (680 grams)
    1/2 C melted butter (optional)
    1 C Light Sour Cream
    1 Can Cream Soup
    4 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
    1 C Onions, chopped
    1/4 C Butter, melted
    2 C Corn Flakes Cereal, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, chopped onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Place mixture in a 3 qt casserole dish.

Sprinkle corn flakes over the top of casserole and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
