Ingredients

    32 oz Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium
    1/4 cup onion
    1 carrot, sliced
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 cups, chopped baby bok choy
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbs. soy sauce
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Place broth in pan
Add vegetables & seasonings
Cook over medium till vegetables are tender
