Introduction

Low-carb delicious almond flour pancakes!! Low-carb delicious almond flour pancakes!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup almond flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup water
    2 Tbl oil (coconut oil is best)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    sweetener to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together well. Let batter sit for about 15 minutes (to allow baking soda to react for fluffier pancakes). Pour onto hot griddle or pan over medium high heat (about 325-350 degree F). Flip them when the edges start to dry.

Serving Size: makes 6 4-inch pancakes
