    1 can pumpkin pie mix
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 frozen 9" deep dish pie crust
    2 eggs


Mix all ingrediants well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 deg for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 deg and continue to bake for 60 minutes. When a knife inserted in the center come out clean the pie is done. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve or refigerate.
