Introduction

Delicious dessert. Can always use just peaches or substitute any other fruit. Wonderful cake with crispy, chewy edges. Extra good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream! Ingredients

    2 cups Granulated Sugar
    2 cups Self-Rising Flour
    4 cups Slice Peaches in Light Syrup
    2 cups BlueBerries
    1 stick Butter

Directions

Melt butter in an oblong cake pan. While butter is melting, mix other ingredients together. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for at least 1 hour up to 1 1/2 hour (depends on oven) until deep golden brown and test knife comes out of the middle clean.
