Ingredients

    1 c. sugar
    1 c. splenda
    2 eggs large
    2 egg whites
    1 15 oz can pumpkin
    2/3 c. canola oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    salt (dash)
    1 c. of chopped nuts (optional & not included in calorie count)
    Frosting:
    3oz. lite cream cheese
    6 oz. butter (3/4 stick)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients well with mixer.
Add in dry mixture and blend well.
Grease a large cookie/bar pan and bake at 325 for app. 25 minutes, check with tooth pick.

Frosting-blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powered sugar until smooth. frost the cooled bars. Can add nuts on tops of frosting or in bars or omit.

Serving Size: 24 pieces of a 13 x 20 bar pan
