Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 8 oz (remove)
    Monterey Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Green Chiles (Whole), 7 oz (remove)
    *Flour, white, 0.33 cup (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or a little longer. Dish should be slightly under done out of the oven. It will cook further upon standing.
