Introduction

This soup is great on a cold day. Everyone will be impressed, it is very easy to make. This soup is great on a cold day. Everyone will be impressed, it is very easy to make.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb tilapia
    1/2 lb shrimp
    1/2 lb seafood mix
    2 large tomatoes
    1 zuchini
    1 small onion/2
    2 garlic cloves
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 c of dry white wine
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbs olive oil
    2 bouillon cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients, except the seafood, the bay leaf and the wine, in the blender and blend everything on high for 3 min. Transfer the mix to a pot and add the remaining ingredients.
Cook everything for 15 min. Stir everything and break apart the fish with the spoon, it should break apart easily. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve with white rice. Enjoy.
