Ingredients

* Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 50 grams
* Spinach, frozen, 20 grams
* Pasta, (Shells) cooked, 80 grams
* *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce),
.25 cup
* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2grams
* Basil (spice)
* Parsley (spice)
* Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Prep-
Cook the shells
Grate the frozen Spinach
Add the frozen Spinach to the Ricotta Cheese, add the spices (the amount of spices really depends on your taste) feel free to add other spices.
Cook-
Once pasta is cooked, stuff them with the Ricotta Cheese Spinach mixture. Put them in a small baking dish and sprinkle the little Mozzarella cheese on the top.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy.
