Introduction
Veal and Beef meatballs that are HCG diet friendly. The HCG dieter can prepare with a simple broiled tomato, and serve them with a simple side of pasta for the rest of the family. Ingredients

1 lb ground veal
1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 egg whites
4 grissini breadsticks
1/4 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tbs italian seasoning
salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Add all items to your food processor and run until all ingredients are well mixed
For into 1.25 oz meatballs
Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange meatballs.
(if serving with broiled tomatoes, add halved tomatoes sprinkled with S&P to baking sheet as well)
Bale aprox 10 minutes
If serving with broiled tomatoes, remove meatballs and turn your broiler on. Broil tomatoes an additional 10-15 minutes. If serving with a side of pasta for other family members, cook your pasta during this time as well.
Serving Size: Makes approx 18 1.25oz meat balls (2 meatballs = 1 HCG P2 protein serving)
