*Birds Eye Whole Red Raspberries Frozen in Syrup 1/4 cup
*Banana, fresh 1/2 med.
*fresh pumpkin 1/2 pureed
Flax seed Ground, 1 tbsp
ice cubes
Water, tap, 4 oz
Pineapple, fresh, 28 grams
