I wanted something with the fresh pumpkin I had just prepared, but I was too lazy to bake! ;)
So, I made a smoothie!

Ingredients

    Body Fortress Whey Protein - Vanilla 1/2 Scoop
    *Birds Eye Whole Red Raspberries Frozen in Syrup 1/4 cup
    *Banana, fresh 1/2 med.
    *fresh pumpkin 1/2 pureed
    Flax seed Ground, 1 tbsp
    ice cubes
    Water, tap, 4 oz
    Pineapple, fresh, 28 grams

Directions

mix all ingredients in blender or magic bullet. Enjoy! :)
