    Turkey Breast Meat 2 slices .
    Red Sweet Peppers 0-2 cup
    Green Peppers 0.2 Cup
    Red Onion slices 14gm
    Red Lettuce Leaves 4
    Mixed Dry Roasted Nuts 0.2 cup
    Celery raw 0.2 cup
    Cucumber with peel 0.3 cup
    Parsley 0.1 Cup
    Cherry Tomatoes 2 tomatoes

    2 Whole Meal Whole Grain Ryvita Biscuits with a tablespoon of light Cream Cheese

Directions

Wash in iced water and place on a plate
