    Red Sweet Peppers 0-2 cup
    Green Peppers 0.2 Cup
    Red Onion slices 14gm
    Red Lettuce Leaves 4
    Mixed Dry Roasted Nuts 0.2 cup
    Celery raw 0.2 cup
    Cucumber with peel 0.3 cup
    Parsley 0.1 Cup
    Cherry Tomatoes 2 tomatoes

    2 Whole Meal Whole Grain Ryvita Biscuits with a tablespoon of light Cream Cheese

    Once again, we have similar tastes... I LOVE fresh roasted turkey. Very filling indeed! I roast a turkey for my family once every 2 weeks. It lasts so long and combined with your choices of fresh veggies - Bon Apetit'! - 11/2/11
