Ingredients

    18 oz of Tomato paste
    4 green peppers
    2 tablespoons of Garlic Powder
    1 pound Ground beef
    .5 Cup of Rice
    4 teaspoons of Worchestershire sauce

Directions

Brown beef and cook rice.

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour on 350.
