Directions

Combine dry Ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup dry mix,add chopped apples to the reserved. make a well in the dry ingredients,add milk(combined w/egg white and applesauce)and the chopped apples w/flour. Mix until just combined,you may need to add a little more milk. Divide into 12 muffin cups,bake 20 min 400 degress
