Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    Onions
    Eggs
    Milk
    Bisquick
    Cheese
    Salsa

Directions

Ground beef with onion. Drain fat and add taco seasoning
Put in a greased round glass pie plate
Mix together the bisquick, milk and eggs
Pour over the meat mixture
Bake for 25 min at 400. Add cheese and bake an additional 2-3 min.

Serving Size: Cut into 8 pie shaped pieces
