Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 scoop EAS AdvantEdge Sou Protein Powder
    1 banana, broken in pieces and frozen
    3 ice cubes

Directions

Freeze banana chunks beforehand. Put soy milk, soy powder, frozen banana chunks and ice cubes in Ninja and process until well blended, thick and frothy. Enjoy!

If dividing in half, put remainder in freezer to use later.

Serving Size: Makes one tall shake for a meal @ 358.5 calories or 2 half shakes @ 179 calories for a healthy snack.
