Ingredients

    wonton wrappers - 24 whole, 24 circle cut outs (use top of shot glass)
    green onions, chopped
    garlic, minced
    mozzarella cheese, shredded (part skim)
    tomatoes, diced
    bacon, cooked
    pepper
    garlic salt
    basil, chiffonade

Directions

Cook bacon in oven (375 degrees for 15 minutes on foil-lined baking sheet). Take out and let cool. Cut into 1" pieces.

Preheat oven to 400.

Grease 2 muffin tins with olive oil. Put one wonton wrapper in each cup. Layer ingredients in each cup in the following order:

Cheese (a sprinkle)
Green onion (a sprinkle)
Garlic (a sprinkle)
Bacon (2 1" cut pieces)
Pepper (dash)
Circle wonton wrapper
Tomatoes (4 pieces)
Cheese (a sprinkle)
Garlic salt (dash)

Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with basil and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 24 Wonton Cups, 1 Wonton Cup per Serving
