Ingredients

    2 cups Strawberries, quartered
    1 cup Blueberries
    3 TBSP sugar
    3 TBSP orange juice, fresh
    1/2 Cinnamon, ground
    4 (6) oz cartons NonFat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1 cup Granola, low-fat


Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, toss well.
2 Spoon 1/3 cup yogurt into each of 4 (8-oz) parfait glasses.
3. Top each with 2 TBSP granola and about 1/3 cup fruit mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
