    1 cup Water, tap (8 fl oz)
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP
    4 cups Bush's Great Northern Beans, 15.8 oz can
    8 TBS Chick'n Style Seasoning
    2 PKT G Washington's Rich Brown Seasoning and Broth
    1 PKG Almonds, Planters Slivered Almonds, (56g)
    3 cup Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Steel Cut Oats GF
    1 cup Onion - raw fine dice
    1 cup Celery, raw fine dice
    11/3 cu Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs (1/3 cup)
    1/4 cup Olive Oi


Add water to TVP and set aside. When water is absorbed blend until smooth: The TVP, beans, chicken and beef
seasonings. Pour into a bowl and stir in: the finely chopped
almonds and dry oats. While the oats are soaking up some of the moisture, braise the onion and celery in a very small
amount of oil, then add to the above mixture.

Form patties and coat with corn flake crumbs, sprinkle tops with paprika. Brown on both sides.

Serve with your favorite gravy.
