Ingredients

    ½ of a 15 oz can of pumpkin
    1 cup of canned black beans
    ½ cup rolled oats
    3 gloves of garlic, diced or pressed
    1 scallion, chopped
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp chili powder
    ½ tsp salt (less if your canned beans were salted)
    ½ tsp garam masala

Directions

Mash black beans with fork.
Add pumpkin.
Add spices, garlic, scallion, egg whites.
Stir in oats.
Let mixture sit 15 minutes.
Shape into 5 patties.
Bake 400F for 15-20 minutes on oiled cookie sheet.

Serving Size: 5 burger patties
