Ingredients

    2-20 oz packages Jennie-O lean ground turkey 97/3
    1-20 oz package Hurst's Hambeens beef flavored 15 bean soup
    1-28 oz can peeled whole tomatoes
    1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion
    542 g onions
    134 g Celery
    307 g carrots
    12 cups water

Directions

Simmer beans for one hour. Brown turkey, add tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped celery and sliced carrots to turkey and simmer for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients to the beans and flavor packet and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
