Another throw together dish that was a success! Another throw together dish that was a success!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Cups cooked Rotini Tricolor Pasta
    3 Slices Cooked Bacon (Chopped finely)
    2 Cups Fresh Spinach (chopped finely)
    1/3 -1/2 Cup chopped onion
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    2-3 TBSP Butter
    1/3 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions. While cooking, chop bacon, spinach, onion and garlic. When pasta is done, drain and place in large bowl, add the butter ( sliced in smaller pieces) and mix. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and serve. Very Tasty!!! Enjoy!
