Ingredients

    fresh tuna steak
dash of seasoning (I like Kirkland's organic no salt seasoning)
    3-4 medium to small mushrooms
    fresh blackberries and/or strawberries
    mixed salad greens
    lemon or lime wedge
    balsamic vinegar
    seasoned salt

Directions

Grill your tuna. For a 1 inch thick 1/2 lb tuna steak, I grill on my outdoor electric grill at medium high for about 10 minutes on each side. Dice your mushrooms. I like mine to be thick slices! If you like your mushrooms well cooked then add them to the grill now, otherwise wait till you flip the steak over. I sprinkle my no salt seasoning over the items on the grill. When your steak and mushrooms are done, set them aside. Place a fistful or two of mixed salad greens on a plate. You can julienne a little carrot over it. Grab about 6 berries and add to your salad. If you're using strawberries, cut them in half or dice them. Sprinkle a little bit of balsamic vinegar on and then add your mushrooms and about 3oz of tuna (or roughly 1/2 of your steak). Don't get excited about the tuna and add too much. I know it's high in protein and low in calories but that stuff is very filling and has a lot of mercury in it anyway. Jeremy Piven, okay? Tuck that other 1/2 in the fridge. I like to squeeze a lime wedge over the meal and sprinkle a tiny bit of seasoned salt on. And then enjoy!

This is low carb and low fat so make sure you eat enough carbs and fat at your other meals (or you could alter this meal by adding some oil, pine nuts, or croutons).
