Ingredients

Walnuts, 1/3 cup, chopped
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 cloves
Cloves, ground, 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tsp
*Ground Cayanne Pepper, 1/8 tsp
Salt, 1 1/2 tsp
*Flour, white, 1/8 cup
Chicken Broth, 3/4 cup
*Lemon Juice, 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1.5 tbsp
Parsley, 2 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces
Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Grind .25 cup of the walnuts into a powder with food processor and set aside.
In small sauce pan melt butter over medium low heat, add onion, and cook until translucent.
Add garlic and cook. Add 0.5 tsp salt, cloves, cinnamon, and cayanne pepper. Add flour and stir to combine. Whisk in the broth and cook until it is starting to thicken (3 min).
Add ground walnuts, simmer for 1 more minute. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, cheese and parsley.
Cut chicken breast into cutlets (1/4" thick). In frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Season chicken with remaining salt and pepper. Cook chicken until just done, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with sauce, sprinkling remaining nuts on top.
