Ingredients

    100g Lean ground beef
    1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup of water
    1tsp dried onion
    pinch garlic powder
    pinch onion powder
    pinch chili powder
    tsp paprika
    pinch salt
    pinch black pepper
    1cup chopped romaine

Directions

Cook lean ground beef

add curshed tomatoes with tomato sauce

add water

mix together everything else with the beef

pour over Romaine leaves.

Can serve with 2 melba crackers
