Ingredients

    2 lbs - Ground veal, beef, or pork all three
    2 eggs
    1 cup of bread crumbs
    Seasonings added to taste:
    Parsley
    Pepper
    Salt
    Garlic Salt



Directions

Mix the eggs, bread crumbs, and seasonings together. Once the egg mixture is mixed together, add the meat. Spray a meatloaf pan with Pam and put the meatloaf in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 to 75 minutes.

Serving Size: Twelve 1/2" thick slices
