Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    *Cole Slaw, Fresh Express, 4 cups
    *Broccoli Slaw, 9 oz
    Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups, pieces or slices Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 18 medium
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    water, 4 cups
    red pepper flakes
    greek seasoning
    italian seasoning

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings

Saute onion, carrots, celery, green peppers for about 5 mins. Add Veggie broth cole slaw, broccoli slaw, mushrooms. Season to taste. You could add chicken or tofu to this. You could even add brown rice or noodles. (not included in calorie count) Bring to a boil then simmer for about 30 mins
