Ingredients

2 small carrots, peeled, small chop
10 mushrooms, cleaned, large chop
1/2 large onion, diced
1-2 lbs lean ground turkey
3 cloves garlic, small dice
2 tsp granulated sugar
3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp cumin
4 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp sriracha hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes
1 can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can tomato soup
Directions
1. Add oil to a frying pan on med-high heat, add turkey, garlic, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red pepper flakes, and cook until meat is no longer pink.
2. Add the onions, carrots and mushrooms and cook until onions turn brown
3. Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray and add turkey mixture
4. Add corn, both beans, tomatoes, and tomato soup to mixture
5. Add the rest of the spices to taste, sriracha sauce, and lime juice
6. Mix together until blended
7. Cook on high for 3-5 hours, on low for 6-8 hours
8. Enjoy!
You can also add chili powder, I just didn't have any!
Use spices to your discretion as well
