Ingredients

    Oat Flour organic (Arrowhead Mills), 1 cup

    Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Steel Cut Oats, 0.5 cup

    Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein - Any flavor, 2 serving

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp

    Sucralose (like Splenda), 6 tsp

    Baking Powder, 3 tsp

    Milk, 1%, 1 cup

    Egg, fresh, 2 large



    Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
    Mix egg and milk well and fold into dry mix.

    Bake @ 325F for 25 minutes.
