Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups Shreaded Potatoes
1 cup Shredded cheese
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 can (8oz) mushrooms, drained
2 cups Broccoli florets
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Dried thyme and onion powder
Non-stick cooking spray
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Brown and drain sausage. Set aside.
3. Lightly press potatoes into greased and lightly salted 9 inch pie plate to form crust, sprinkle crust with salt.
4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Top with mushrooms, broccoli, and sausage.
5. Beat eggs, milk, thyme, onion powder and pepper with a whire wisk
6. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese
7. Bake at 35 mins or until center is set and top is golden brown
