Ingredients

1 - Arnold Honey Wheat Sandwich Thin opened into 2 sides, Makes 2 small Pizzas = to 1 serving
1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Whole Raw White Mushrooms, (= to 23 grams)
    29 grams Broccoli Florets
10 grams Baby Spinach, Chopped Finely
1/4 Cup (43 grams) Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style
    1 tsp Garlic minced ready-to-use
1/4 cup 61 gram Winn Dixie Tomato Sauce

Directions

Gather together all ingredients and weigh out portions according to recipe, chop up your broccoli, baby spinach, crab meat and slice your mushrooms.

*(You may add any veggies you like. Just compensate nutrition facts for what you add).

On a cookie sheet with a piece of aluminum foil over top,

Take out 1 Sandwich thin, open it up into 2 slides and place top and bottom sides down with insides facing out onto the foil covered baking sheet. **(Any flavor sandwich thin can be used, just accommodate nutrition amounts should they vary from the Honey Wheat which has less sodium for one, not sure of what else may be different).

Add about 1/2 the tomato sauce between the 2 sides saving 1/2 for a bit to weigh down other veggies once added.

Then Sprinkle the cheese evenly distributing it between both pizzas.

Add your chopped baby spinach

Add your chopped crab

Then Add your mushrooms and then weigh all that down with the other 1/2 of tomato sauce you saved.

Now Top with the chopped broccoli

And then place Cookie Sheet with pizzas carefully into your oven at 370F for 15-20 minutes depending on how crisp you desire your pizza crust. Remove from the oven, place pizzas on a plate, and serve and enjoy! Yummy!!!
