Introduction

This is a very quick and delicious recipe. It does not contain lobster, sherry, shallots or tomatoes. I make the sauce, divide it in 8 equal portions. Then I freeze it in one cup containers. That way when I need a quick dish, I can microwave one container of Newburg sauce and a potatoe, and create a hearty meal. This is a very quick and delicious recipe. Sounds good! We will make sure Nessa doesn't have any. Just remind me when you come up and I will whip up a batch. I had some tonight. Yum!
