3 cups Chicken Broth
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can Tomato Sauce, no salt added
1 (10 oz) Pkg frozen,chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
1 cup Onions chopped
1.5 tsp Garlic minced
9 oz refrigerated Tortellini with cheese filling
1/2 tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
Garnish: shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese in a 4 qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 5.5 hours; add pasta and cook on LOW 30 more minutes. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
