An adaptation of the Special Fruit Crumble

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Filling:
    800g can pie apricots
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 Tbs honey (optional)
    2 Tbs water
    Topping:
    6 Tbs biscuit crumbs (I use 4 Granita and 4 ginger biscuits)
    2 Tbs oats (not quick cook)
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 Tbs margarine

Directions

Layer apricots, honey and raisins in a microwave safe dish
Sprinkle water over
Make Topping:
Wizz the biscuits, cinnamon and oats in food processor until crumbs
Add margarine and wizz unti well mixed
Sprinkle over fruit in dish
Cook, on High 5 min or until hot
Serves 6
