Ingredients

    1 LB (16 oz) Purdue Ground Chicken
    2 Oz Raw White Mushrooms Chopped Up
    2 Oz Baby Spinach Leaves Chopped Up
    1 Packet Goya Sazon Sin Achiote Seasoning

Directions

Chop up veggies and add to ground chicken add in seasoning and mix together thoroughly. Make 4 even 5oz patties. Heat up Large skillet on stove or Grill and place patties down on Medium-High Heat so they don't burn and cook for about 10 Minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
