Ingredients

    2 Packages - 1 oz Jell-O Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding
    3 scoops Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or Unflavored)
    3 cups Fat Free Milk
    1 tsp Pumpkin spice

Directions

Prepare the Jell-O pudding as described on package. Mix in protein powder and pumpkin spice. Refrigerate.
