Introduction

Ingredients

    366 gram Chicken Fillets (no Skin - cut in cubes)
    80 gram In Shape Reduced Fat Gouda Cheese - (Diarybelle)
    500 gram frozen Brocolli (McCain)
    3 table spoons Crosse & Blackwell Tangy Mayo Lite (60 gram)
    1 can Heinz Classic Cream of Mushroom Soup


Directions

1. Fry chicken fillet cubes in pan until cooked (in water - no oil)
2. Mix Soup and Mayo in casserole dish
3. Add chicken and Brocolli
4. Top with cheese, bake for aprox 20 min at 180 degrees Celsius.
