Ingredients

6 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
.25 cup Parsley, chopped
2.5 oz Tuna, packed in water
Kosher salt, pepper to taste
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet large enough to hold the cooked pasta. Cook the garlic in the oil for 1-2 minutes, then add the crushed red pepper and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
3. VERY CAREFULLY add 1-2 ladles of the pasta water to the skillet, and add half of the chopped parsley.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the skillet. Toss to coat and continue simmering until liquid is evaporated.
5. Drain the tuna. Break it up into chunks, and gently toss with pasta. Top with remaining parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
