    1 red pepper, sliced and seeded
    1 jalapeno sliced
    6 gloves of garlic
    1 med tomato, quartered
    roast above in oven at 350 until starting to brown
    In food processor combine veggies from oven plus
    3/4 cup medium or firm tofu
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp mesquite liquid smoke
    1 tsp dried purple basil - can use Thai or sweet basil
