Introduction

2 lbs ground turkey or lean ground sirloin
3 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can hominy
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can chopped green chilies
1 large yellow onion, chopped

Add:
1pkg taco seasoning mix
1pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients

Directions

Brown ground turkey in a large dutch oven or soup pot. Add water, Ranch dressing, taco seasoning mix and chopped onions to ground turkey. Stir until well blended together. Add all other ingredients stir together and salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: Do not drain cans prior to adding contents to pot. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
