    1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
    1 small package instant surgar free-fat free vanilla pudding mix
    1.25 cups splenda or stevia
    1.5 cups unsweetened plain instant tea
    2 tsp ground ginger
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves
    .5 or 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp ground cardamon (optional)


Mix all together. Blend in blender until a fine powder 1 cup at a time.
Store in covered container.
Stir 2 rounded TBS of mix into a mug of hot water.
