Introduction

The perfect fall breakfast! Loaded with fiber, sugar-free, low fat and absolutely delicious! The perfect fall breakfast! Loaded with fiber, sugar-free, low fat and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

    1 cup regular oats
    1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 serving Truvia
    1 Tbsp ground flax seed
    1 cup distilled water
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/4 cup almond breeze, original, unsweetened

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the cup of water and cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Add the 1/2 cup of pumpkin and 1/4 cup almond milk. Leave in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
