    -1/4 cup Yoso spreadables plain (soy cream cheese)
    -2 tbs Earth Balance buttery spread
    -1 tsp vanilla extract
    -1 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar

Directions

-Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth
*Make sure cupcakes are cooled before icing, and be sure to store in the fridge
