    1 Medium to Large Mango
    350 ml of Plain Yoghurt, Ni added sugar
    I Table spoon of Brown Sugar

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a smoothie maker or blender and blend to your desired consistency.
You can also add ice if you desire
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
