Ingredients

Sliced potatoes( rinse and pat dry)
Crumbled ground beef
Onion soup mix dry
Mixed veggies thawed and drained
.25 cups of bread crumbs(Italian style)
Directions
Combine onion soup mix and ground beef
Slice and rinse potatoes drain and thaw veggies
Sprinkle in the bottom of a pie plate some bread crumbs
Set pie crust layer in dish
Layer of potatoes
Layer of beef mix
Layer of veggies
Continue to layer until ingredients are piled in heaping tall
Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top
Place second pie crust and pinch around to seal.
Cut or poke small slits in top to vent for baking.
Cover with foil
Bake on cookie sheet for 2 hours covered
remove foil ( uncover) and bake for 30 to 60 minutes until top crust is golden brown.
Butter knife will slide through easily when completely
cooked.
Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 then uncover to brown crust 30 to 60 minutes more.. a butter knife will slide through easily when done.
