Ingredients

2 pound of sirloin tips.
flour
2- tablespoons olive oil.
2 medium onions.
1 tablespoon garlic.
1 16oz can organic tomatoes.
2 table spoons of beef bullion.
1 tablespoon vinegar.
1/2 cup of diced celery.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1 bay leaf.
1 tablespoon molasses.
4 fresh carrots
20 oz of red potatoes.
Directions
Brown the stew beef cubes after dredging them in flour, in 2 table spoons of virgin olive oil. Next begin adding in garlic, onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Then add 1 can of organic tomatoes, 12 oz of beer, 2 table spoons of beef bullion,, vinegar, molasses, salt, pepper.
Allow to cook in a slow cooker for 2 hours, or longer. Confirm the soup is done by sampling the beef and vegetables. When they are tender your soup is ready to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 15 1/2 cup servings
