Ingredients

    You can really use whatever kind of fish and or veggies you want but I used..
    Fish
    Mangrove Snapper= 4 oz of white fish or any fish of choice

    Marinade
    1 tsp of lime juice
    1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
    0.5 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp of ginger

    Vegetables
    Zucchini= .75 cup
    Yellow Peppers= 0.5 of a pepper
    Green Beans= 0.5 cup
    EVOO= 0.5 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prep Vegetables. Wash and Chop. Add 0.5 tbsp of evoo to veggie mix along with some salt and pepper to taste. Shake veggies around to make sure they are all equally coated.

Make Marinade
. Mix 1 tsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
0.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp of ginger
into a container. Add fish filet. You can let it marinate for as little or long as you want to.

Get tinfoil ready. You want to make sure it is big enough to fold all of the sides in.

Place veggies on the bottom.. Fish on the top. You can pour a bit of the extra marinade on top of the fish and veggies for flavor.

Depending on how what kind of veggies you use, I would say the baking time is 20-30 minutes. You know the packet is done when the fish is white and flaky.

Enjoy!
