Ingredients

    1/4 cup Honey
    1/2 cup soy flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    about 50 grams unflavored protein powder
    1 3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cloves
    12 ounces canned pumpkin
    1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp molasses
    3/4 cup splenda
    1/2 cup ground flax seed

Directions

Mix all and spoon onto cookie sheet using a regular large spoon.
350 degrees for 9 minutes
