Ingredients

    2 Cans Sierra Mist Natural
    16 oz. Tysons Trimed and Ready Chicken Breast
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

    BBQ Sauce:
    1 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1 cup Ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
    1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Sweet and Spicy Mustard
    1/2 Cup Green Pepper, chopped

    4 Wheat Hambuger Bun

Directions

Add chicken, sierra mist, minced onion, garlic, and worcestershire sauce to crockpot and cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours. When ready shred chicken apart with two forks.

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and add to the crockpot with the chicken. Cook on high for about 30 to 60 minutes.

Divide pulled chicken evenly on the 8 bun halves for an open faced sandwich.

Serving Size: Makes 8 open faced sandwiches
