5 Egg Whites
1 Egg
1/4 Cup 1% Milk
2 Slices Kraft Fat Free American Singles, Chopped
1/3 Cup Broccoli, Cooked/Chopped
4 Slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, Cooked/Chopped
1/8 Cup Flour (Coating)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large tart pan generously with cooking spray. Coat evenly with flour.
Mix milk, egg whites and egg. Add in a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside.
Sprinkle broccoli and bacon into the bottom of the pan. Pour egg mixture gently into the pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until egg mixture is set.
